Tajwer and Sabeeha – Exchange Policy

At Tajwer and Sabeeha, each outfit is thoughtfully crafted on a made-to-order basis. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges based on personal preferences such as liking or disliking the product.

Exchanges are only accepted in rare cases where:

  • A defective item has been delivered, or
  • An incorrect item has been sent

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

Please Note:
All custom orders and lawn collections are strictly non-exchangeable.

Return Policy

At Tajwer and Sabeeha, all orders are considered final and we do not offer returns.

However, if you receive an incorrect item, you may request an exchange (subject to product availability).

  • Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Requests made after this period will not be entertained
