Shipping policy

At Tajwer and Sabeeha, shipping timelines may vary depending on the product type and category, and estimated delivery details will be mentioned on the product page or shared at the time of order confirmation; however, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors such as customs clearance or other circumstances beyond our control, and delivery may extend by 5–6 working days or more in such cases. While we strive to keep our customers informed, we are not responsible for delays or any failure in communication due to inactive or incorrect contact details provided by the customer.

Delivery charges are calculated based on the product and delivery location and are strictly non-refundable. For international orders, any additional customs duties, taxes, or charges imposed by local authorities must be borne by the customer, and Tajwer and Sabeeha holds no responsibility for such costs or delays associated with them.
